**Road Closure**

The City of Zeeland will be closing Washington Avenue from Fairview to 84th Avenue to all through traffic beginning Monday, April 21, 2014 through August 1, 2014 for a road reconstruction project. Questions may be directed to the City Services & Infrastructure Department at 772.0870.

Road Improvement Project

Beginning on April 28, 2014 the Ottawa Road Commission will be making road improvements on 96th Avenue from south of Riley Street to North of Riley Street. Further inquiries may be directed to the Ottawa County Road Commission at 616.842.5400. **Building Closure**

The Howard Miller Library & Community Center will be closed all day on Friday, April 18, 2014 for necessary building repairs.

2014 Spring Clean-Up

The City of Zeeland's annual Spring Curbside Clean-Up will take place Monday, April 14, 2014 through Friday, April 18, 2014. City residents may place tree branches, twigs, and shrub debris only in the street curb beginning Monday, April 7, 2014. No leaves, grass or other garden clippings should be placed out for pick up. Tree branches 8 feet or smaller only. Residents are asked to not place any debris in the street curb prior to Monday, April 7, 2014.

The City's annual Disposal Day at Autumn Hills will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2014. City residents may take their unwanted items to the Autumn Hills Recycling & Disposal Facility located at 700 56th Avenue in Zeeland from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Autumn Hills will not accept hazardous or toxic items, any appliances that contain Freon, home remodel/construction debirs (such as roofing shingles, etc.) or appliances with motors, generators or compressors (these must be removed or Autumn Hills will not accept.) Proof of city residency will be required. Any questions may be referred to the City Services and Infrastructure Department at 772-0870.
