City Services & Infrastructure Department

City Services & Infrastructure (CSI) is located in the second floor of City Hall, 21 S. Elm St. , Zeeland , MI , and can be reached by phone at (616) 772-0870 during regular office hours which are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, or email at csi@ci.zeeland.mi.us.

CSI provides management for the construction, operation, maintenance and repair of physical properties and services of the City, with the exception of the electric and water utilities that are overseen by the Board of Public Works (BPW). Properties and services include, but are not limited to: streets, sidewalks, bike paths, bridges, parking, motor pool, clean water plant, wastewater collection system, storm water collection system, parks, cemeteries, traffic control, tree management, building maintenance, custodial services, building construction, safety, and technology. Also included are administrative and regional planning responsibilities through the Macatawa Area Coordinating Council (MACC); the West Michigan Strategic Alliance (WMSA); and other local, state and federal agencies.
